B. Mission Statement:
As a team we are in preparation to work together to complete the assignment given, in order to strengthen not only our work ethics as individuals but also to better prepare for future work endeavors to work as a cohesive unit.
C. Vision Statement:
The team’s vision is to put forth a high effort to work together and uplift each other with this project. Although, we have decided to take sections and work on our sections as individuals we encourage constant communication when it comes to new developments, overall questions and concerns, and support if there is a need for any input or advice. D. Shared Values:
1. Honesty - fairness and straightforwardness of conduct; adherence to the facts
It is important for all team members to be honest because all statements must be supported by factual evidence to discern weather or not the statement is valid.
2. Respect - to consider worthy of high regard
It is important for all team members to respect one another because if someone feels that he/she is belittled, that person may be less inclined to contribute to the group.
3. Trust - assured reliance on the character, ability, strength, or truth of someone or something; one in which confidence
