Gel II Manicure Many women and even some men love to get their nails done, but hate how much time it takes to dry and on top of that they are extremely easy to ruin and chip. There is a new type of manicure trending know as Shellac, Gel nails, or No chip. According to my cosmetology instructor Samantha Rudman, this process takes about 35 to 40 minutes but dries in seconds. Many individuals would love to know this process even the men that do not wish to get it done because it is like magic; once second your nails are sticky and wet and the next second they are dry and impossible to ruin. Today I am going to be explaining the tools and steps to complete a fantastic Gel II manicure, and also the tools and steps to remove one. The first things you need to know about a Gel II Manicure are the tools. According to geltwo.com, the first tool you are going to need is a grit nail file; 300- grit is recommended. The next you are going to need the Gel II cleanser, to dehydrate and dry out the nail. Another important tool you will need is the Gel II UV/LED lamp which is going to set the polish. You will also need the Gel II no base coat gel polish of your choice and the Gel II top coat which is going to seal the deal. Now that you know the tools, let us put them together to complete the steps. The first important step in completing a Gel II Manicure is to Buff the top and edges of the nail and wipe over the nail with Gel II cleanser. Buffing is going to create a rough, even base to help the polish sit and stick and applying the cleanser is going to dehydrate the nail. Step two in the Gel II manicure process is to polish a thin layer of the color of your choice. Be sure the layer is even and thin, making it too thick will clump the polish making it easier to peel off. Step three is to illuminate the nail by placing it under the Gel II UV/ LED lamp for 30 seconds. Step four you are going to be applying the second

This time I went to Chic Nail Bar. I got a new set. Which is when the nail tech removes the set of nails you currently have and cuts down you real nails because most likely they'll have grew out and be thin and brittle. Then push back your cuticles, and apply a clear tip. Then they'll ask you what length you would like and they cut them down to your liking. Then they'll start applying the acrylic. They'll dip their brush in a fluid and then into a powder, the powder soaks up the liquid and turns into a gel like substance It takes only seconds to dry and harden. The product hardens…

You soak your feet in lukewarm water for about 15 minutes. This will help the Babyfoot gel penetrate the skin. The next step is to put on the Babyfoot booties. These plastic booties are lined with the Babyfoot gel. The kit comes with tape to tighten the booties down against the skin. Wearing socks can help the process. You will need to wear the booties about an hour. Just sit back and relax. Watch TV, read a book, browse the Internet. Then remove the booties and clean off the gel. That's it.…
