GANTT CHART FOR SECURED COMPUTERIZED GRADING SYSTEM
In this project we have this specific list to complete our proposed system; Secured Computerized Grading System. We arranged it by week so it can clearly show the breakdown of the entire task we did.
Our first task is to complete our Assignments. We completed this task within 26 days. We started November 14, 2013 and finished it December 10, 2013. Under our Assignments, there are 9 specific tasks. First is for the Project Title, Objective and Scope, and we completed this task for 7 days (Nov-14 – Nov-20). Next is HIPO, and we completed this for 2 days (Nov-21 – Nov-22). Next is Proposed System Flowchart, and we completed this task for 4 days (Nov-23 – Nov-26). Next task is Current Context Diagram, and we completed this task for 3 days (Nov-27 – Nov-29). Next task is Current Data Flow Diagram, and we completed this task for 3 days (Nov-30 – Dec-2). Next is Proposed Context Diagram, and we completed this task for 3 days (Dec-3 – Dec-5). Next is Proposed Data Flow Diagram, and we completed this task for 3 days (Dec-6 – Dec-8). Next is Gantt Chart, and we completed this task for 2 days (Dec-9 – Dec-10). And lastly is Entity Relationship Diagram, and we completed this task for 4 days (Jan-1 – Jan 4)

Under our Summary of Proposal are 6 specific tasks. First is our System Title, and we completed this task for 1 day (Jan-13). Next is Proponent/s of the System, and we completed this task for 2 days (Jan-14 – Jan-15). Next is Description of the System, and we completed this task for 2 days (Jan-16 – Jan-17). Next is Project Scope and Limitation, and we completed this task for 2 days (Jan-18 – Jan-19). Next is System Cost, and we completed this task for 2 days (Jan-20 – Jan-21). And lastly is Timeframe, and we completed this task for 2 days
