The first person’s story is about a girl named Isabelle Rivard and her snow boarding project, the second person’s is Lance Relland’s, the 3rd person’s is Amy Brandon’s, and the last person’s is Joe Houper’s story.

He researched all over the place about his illness and was determined to find a solution. Lance ended up finding “references to a monoclonal antibody against leukaemia cells” which was discovered by researchers at the University Of Minnesota. It was only available in the United States, but the provincial government would not pay for it. Laces family and friends made a fundraiser to cover the costs. “Lance revived the monoclonal antibody there and in October had a bone marrow transplant from his brother.” About four years later he was cancer free recovering in the hospital, he talked to other cancer patients and found out they lacked “basic knowledge” and found kids who were unable to find matching bone marrow donors. He wanted to find good in the bad things that have happened to him. He set up a foundation to provide “cancer and other patients in Edmonton access to internet documents as well as a $200,000 medical library provided by an anonymous donor”. Lance thought this wasn’t enough, he found out that “the aboriginal population only had 1 percent representation on Canada and U.S bone marrow donors. He created the “Aboriginal Bone Marrow Registries” they accept donors from any ethnic group in North America. He began his study’s in medicine and continues to support what he
