Part of this assignment I

will not make any suggestion to the client, knowing I don’t understand how to treat or have

knowledge to their disease.

Mr Peter Schmidt is sixty-nine year old man, he has been retired for nineteen years after he

was diagnosis with skin cancer. After working in construction industry for many years and

most of times he would be working without t-shirt or shirt and shorts in summer without any

sort of protecting. Now that he was diagnosis with cancer he had to stop working and stay

at home. He did not like the idea if staying at home, he felt like he was the one who had to

provide for the family. It was something he very concern with due to the reason that it was

not popular like it is today, at that time there were not match developed medicine that could

decrease the chances for living a long time cancer. Retiring early before the actually time for

him to retire it was not something had bathed but what bath him was to get well. To make

things worse, cancer had been spread all around the body and it was a bit late. Mr Schmidt

has lived with skin cancer for nineteen years and he glad that he is still alive today. A lot

He understands by exercise is one way of

decreasing the chance of getting other diseases. The other reason why he does exercise is

also the benefit to and it always easy if there is something pushing when you need it.

Mr. Schmidt found it easy for him to sleep most of the times but especial when he is tired.

He does not have any difficulties staying asleep and he does not wake once he is asleep at

night time. If he has something that has to be done early then by all means he will try to

wake up. Most of the times he wakes up early do some garden work and other staffs around

the house. At times he sleeps for 12-15 hours per day and most of these are when he is not

doing anything. He snores really loud and at times he was told by his wife that he was not

breathing. He still has the same problem and he does not think it worth treating it.

Mr Schmidt has a great relationship with his family members, friends and everyone around

him. He his open person and you tell to him about anything. He is the first of two one

brother: his dad was killed during World War 2 in Germany, he has two children a boy
