Fitbit Charger Speech
Good morning Bradley,

I can definitely relate to your post about the Fitbit Blaze. I have the Fitbit Charger and I really enjoy all the features it offers. If it had not been for my Weight Watcher friends I would not have been so easily swayed to purchase one. The social group that I have allows us to keep up with each other’s progress, offer encouragement and challenge each other daily. Having people of the same mind I find makes losing the weight a little more

The company's reputation is good, I reviewed their Facebook page and found very few negative things about the Fitbit. Michael Sawh compared Fitbit Blaze and the Apple watch and had this to say, “Fitbit's new design is a welcome change, and for activity tracking fans its focus on fitness is a winner. The most exciting feature of the Apple Watch II is the use of kinetic battery technology. Although this is not new technology, it will be the first time Apple Inc. will be using it within its product line. Kinetic charging allows the wearer to recharge the battery when motion occurs while wearing it on the user’s wrist. There are several advantages of a kinetic battery. One is that the wearer will not need to wind or change a battery as the watch is powered through his or her movement and then stored within the watch. Apple Watch II can store this energy for up to six months and also has an indicator to let the wearer know how much charge is being stored. Another advantage is the accuracy of the Apple Watch II. It uses multiple technologies in conjunction with the wearer’s i-Phone to keep time within 50 milliseconds of the definitive global standard. Finally, although there are no batteries to replace, the main capacitor that stores the energy and keeps time may need to be tuned up or replaced every 5-7 years.…

Under the profile there are numerous options to help design a beneficial program. The “Food Tracker” maintains a list of favorite foods and encompasses “Food-A-Pedia” which has an archive of nutrition facts with over 8,000 foods to compare side by side and the “Weight Manager” which tailors a program for each individual involved. In order to set a weight loss plan in action the participant entered her age, weight and height. With that information the SuperTracker calculated how many calories could be consumed in a day. The Physical Activity Tracker houses a database of optional exercises, and calculates how the chosen activities measures up to the goals. There were many things happening during Franklin D. Roosevelt Inaugural speech. Mr. Roosevelt inaugural speech dove into the current event such as: major banking crisis, unemployment and people are getting things taken away from them. As Mr. Roosevelt states in his speech “taxes have risen; our ability to pay has fallen; government of all kinds is faced by serious curtailment of income; the means of exchanging are frozen in the currents of trade; the withered leaves of industrial enterprise lie on every side; farmers find no markets for their produce; and the savings of many years in thousands of families are gone.”("American Rhetoric: Top 100 Speeches of the 20th Century by Rank." With doing the tracker, eating a low calorie diet, and exercising the way I was doing I found that I can lose up to 1,200 calories a day for a 3 day period which is a total of 3,900 calories as long as my calorie intake is 500 or lower. Now, what I have found out about my activity level over the past 3 days is that I do need to not try and do so much in one day period because your body builds a tolerance to doing the same things every day. So what I decided to do was to keep up my morning stretches because this is not just getting your body ready for some exercising but it also helps to keep the body from pulling or straining a muscle while doing your daily routine. I did decide to walk and jog my 4 miles on different days than when I do my gazelle because I do walk a lot during the day and both of these is are different types of cardio.…

Talking about diabetes in one thing. Talking about diabetes while it waits your doorstep is a whole other story. I live with a high risk of diabetes. Countless members of my family have been diagnosed with this disease and some have passed away because of it. Diabetes runs through both sides of my family. My paternal grandmother, my maternal grandfather, my maternal grandfather’s brothers, and my maternal grandmother’s older sister all suffer from the same disease. For all of them, the daily routine never changed. They all swallowed pill after pill and conducted blood test after blood test. To this day, I still remember watching them swallow pills the size of almonds and cringing whenever they pricked themselves to conduct a blood test. I…
