Fire Tube Boiler Designing
Fire tube boiler designing
Fire tube boilers operate by sending combustion/flue gas by using a combination of straight tubes flanked by trouble held in identical vessel. Often identified by the variety of passes used (say for example a 3-pass or 4-pass fire tube boiler), this refers to the variety of times combustion gas flows the capacity of the pressure vessel mainly because it transfers heat on the water.
A wet-back fire tube boiler utilizes a water cooled publish zone (end closure). A dry-back design depends on fire brick or refractory lining to avoid the conclusion closure from overheating.
Fire tube boiler

Fire tube boilers cost typically less in advance than water tube boilers, and gives lower operating costs when compared to a similarly sized water tube boiler.
Fortunately they are simpler to maintain due to better fireside access and their efficient straight tube design.
Fire tube boilers are equipped for approximately 3000 HP / 450 PSI having a single burner. Though smaller and more compact in design than water tube boilers of similar size, they will be more difficult to reach operating temperatures from the cold start but not handle steam demand fluctuations well once running.
Water tube boiler

High capacity water tube boilers suppliers provide a series of horizontal boilers, it can work at much higher pressures than fire tube designs. The fuel burnt inside the boiler will create hot gas, which is then used to turn the water into steam. The steam is then used to transport the heat around the house and to the radiators.
