INTRODUCTION
Puma AG is a German company established on October 1st 1948. The company designs, develops and markets premium sportswear, quality footwear, and sporting equipment accessories for men, women and children under the brands Puma, Cobra Golf and Tretorn. Puma’s products are sold through retail accounts through wholesale channels, owned retail stores, internet sites and a mixture of independent distributors, factory outlets, franchisees and licensees worldwide.With Puma’sstrategic objective of being "The Most Desirable and Sustainable Sport lifestyle Company” puma strives to become the authentic outdoor choice globally by offering consumers a selection of products which would allow them to enjoy the experience of being outdoors. Additionally Puma is positioned as a sport lifestyle brand that takes pleasure in skillfully combining sports and lifestyle influences and which strives to contribute to a better world. Notwithstanding these goals however, Puma faces a variety of competitive challenges from other domestic and foreign footwear and apparel producers, some of which may be significantly larger, more diversified and have superior financial and marketing resources.

    Horizontal Analysis - The financial statements of Competition Bikes indicates a reverse in sales between fiscal years 6 and 7 where revenues increased to 37.5% and then a decreased 16.3% between fiscal years 7 and 8.     Fiscal policy refers to use of government revenue collection and expenditure to influence its economy. Fiscal policy targets a country’s budget of its economic activities. Government can adjust its spending and taxation levels through changing the income distribution, resource allocation or level of aggregate demand and economic activity. In the context of Brazil, in 1970s, the government put some stringent penalties to regulate its imports. The government kept the import tax and penalties high. To implement the policies, the government applied tax deduction on imports, for instance, a Brazilian resident who imported intangibles like knowhow, software and royalties would be subject to withholding tax from remittances, this was equivalent to 25% of an individual registered capital.     1. Investor Profile Mr. Avocado Willey is a 65 year old architect who sustained an injury at work. Since this occurred entirely due to negligence of safety procedures at work, he was able to successfully sue the company for compensation.
