Abstract 2008 , occurred in the U.S. financial crisis has evolved into a global economic crisis on China's enterprises, especially SMEs brought unprecedented challenges to survive . How to improve the ability to control the financial risks , the economic crisis , to be placed in front of the key issues for SMEs . Through the financial risk content , features and causes of the crisis and its impact analysis , so as to arrive for the improvement of SME financial risk or crisis control.

【 Abstract 】 In 2008, occurring in America's financial crisis, and evolved into global economic crisis, especially small and medium-sized enterprise of Chinese enterprises has brought the unprecedented survival challenge. How to improve the ability to control the financial risk, respond to economic crisis, be placed in front of small and medium-sized enterprises the key to ask Problem.Though the finacial risk content characteristic and the formation reasons and crisis the influence of the analysis, thus draws small and medium-sized enterprises to improve financial risk or crisis control ability.

Introduction: The financial crisis caused by the unstable economic environment , enterprises are facing a more uncertain financial environment , especially SMEs , and its objective existence of business risks and financial risks are likely to evolve as the financial crisis , which led to the troubled business and even bankruptcy . An operational good financial health of the enterprise can not only improve their reputation in the market and expand financing channels, but also investors confidence. A financial crisis is an economic incidence makes it hard to obtain and access the capital for use in investment.
