The following are the Specification and terms & conditions:-

02. METHOD OF SUBMISSION OF TENDER: Tender should be submitted through GOK https://eproc.karnataka.gov.in in two parts. Tender shall be submitted in two parts as under: a) Technical Bid b) Financial Bid a) TECHNICAL BID : The Technical Bid should contain : i) The details of the Tenderer in Annexure "A" ii) The hard copy of the Technical Bid –Annexure “A” should submit to the Managing Director, KHDC Ltd. H.O. Hubli. Before opening of the technical bid i.e., on or before 16.10.2012 at 4-30 pm. iii) Earnest Money Deposit: a) The EMD of Rs. 25,000/- shall be credited to the account of Centre for e-procurement through (a) credit card (b) Debit card (c) National Electronic Fund Transfer (N E F T ) (d) Remittance over the counter (O.T.C.)     Fiscal policy refers to use of government revenue collection and expenditure to influence its economy. Fiscal policy targets a country’s budget of its economic activities. Government can adjust its spending and taxation levels through changing the income distribution, resource allocation or level of aggregate demand and economic activity.
