FINAL ESSAY
I have concerns as an Ashford student. My biggest fear is succeeding and obtaining good grades and doing well, until I complete my degree. I'm afraid being a full-time mother, wife, college student and working full- time I feel I'm not going to succeed. I have a supportive family that stands by me 100%. I want to accomplish as much as possible, even if it takes more time than expected. David and I compare because I feel are situation or similar cause we are afraid to ask for help when needed, being wrong, and being told have to start over and correctly do it.
I can remember when I first started my new job a month ago at the company that I currently still working for.I was so afraid because I was entering into a field that I had no knowledge about they do own or make and the process it contains. I had been in the medical field as a home health aide for 8 years and now I am entering into a whole new world. I currently out of basic training and release to go on my own, even though I’m learning new thing every day. I tell my co-workers no that I can do it and they support me 100% along with my family and has given me confidences that I can do it. I am a quality control specialist and I exam and except needles in epidural catheter. I try my best and set my mind to be able to achieve it and I have.
I sit back everyday and now realize I have completed and have succeeded. I have learned so much in the last few weeks and enjoy what I‘m currently doing; I learned that my peers and coworkers are pleased with me and the final products is acceptable to the doctors and more important the customer they will need it.
I will and have learned from the days and nights crying and feeling like I just wanting to give up that I can achieve this. I just have to set back, breathe and realize that I can accomplish this just like many others have had the same situations. All I have to do is my very best that I possibly can.
