Field hockey and basketball both are extremely active sports that take effort to be put into each of them. These sports train mental and physical parts of the mind and hopefully, will improve skills for each. Athletes will have to put a bundle of time into these sports however, if they enjoy the sport it shouldn't matter if it takes time and dedication. Uniforms are mandatory to wear during the duration of the sports season, and are to be worn with pride, integrity, and respect toward their team. They are truly important to the sport and without them the players are not part of the team.
