Features and Drying Principle of Industrial Dryer
The traditional dryer always heats air surrounding, and transports the hot air to roller around. The humid air resulted in this procedure will be excluded out, leaving dry air to keep drying . The traditional design does not recover the heat, and is therefore very inefficient. However, the traditional design is simple, reliable, reasonable-priced .
Features and drying principle of industrial dryer
Industrial dryer (industrial dryer) Features:
1, automatic control device to regulate the time, simply through the control panel, you can automatically complete the entire drying process.
2, high quality stainless steel drum, cylinder beautiful smooth, durable, no scratches fabric phenomenon.
3, large door design, 180 degrees of freedom of the convenient door open, to draw the clothes.
4, triangular tape drive, smooth operation, low noise, safe and reliable.
Industrial dryer (industrial dryer) drying principle in accordance with the following two points:
1, by raising the temperature of the material is heated to accelerate the speed of the internal moisture transfer to the surface.
2, heating the air, the relative moisture content decreased (air Wei higher the temperature, the saturation moisture content increased) synchronization. This air through the dry material surface, able to take more water vapor.
3, increase the contact area of ??the material and the air flow is heated, fully contained by the exhaust heat, and drying equipment need to focus on taking into account the problems.
This is a new developing dryer, more advanced than the conventional dryer . Its working principle is not to heat through the hot air. First, the material in roller is heated to 100°C, then resulting damp and hot water vapor. After water vapor escaped out of roller, it will be collected and compressed. Under the pressure of tension, water vapor liquefies and produces heat, sending the heat back to roller, by which it can achieve recycling use of heat. The dryer on this

The circulation of SS in the closed-loop drying system can reduce the energy wastage that occurs with hot-air drying. Also, the exhaust steam produced from the evaporation of moisture from the wet product can be used in other operations in the distilleries, such as cooking raw materials, stripping and rectifying distillation of ethanol, and concentrating residual stillage. In addition to the reduced energy consumption, drying in SS has numerous other merits compared with traditional hot-air drying.…

The basic function of vapour cycle cooling system(VCCS) is to give accurate cooling at aircraft cabin and also to rremove heat from electrical and electronic equipment. Its work on principle of cooling based on ability of refrigent to absorb heat when changing from liquid to gas. Once it turns to gas all the latent heat of vaporization it is compressed and condensed back into its liquid state. In other way vapour cycle system his also help to reduced the humidity of the air entering the cabin while aircraft on the ground and as the temperature of the air is reduced the moisture condenses on the fin of the evaporator then water droplets blown from the evaporator by the air stream and are collected in a water trap and drained away.…

In this design a rotary dryer is designed for drying of corn flakes which have the moisture content 20%.Corn flakes are dried with air 9 % moisture content. The production is done for 16 hours in a day and 10 tons corn flakes are produced per day. In production process, corn flakes are cooked under pressure. After cooking step, big masses are broken to pieces and sent to driers in order to get the moisture level at 20%.After this process, product is flaked between large steel cylinders and cooled with internal water flow. Soft flakes are sent to rotary dryers in order to dehydration to 4% final moisture content and toasting. In the toasting oven, flakes are exposed to 225 0C…

China Fote Machinery Co. Ltd.is the first to adopt three-layer rotary drum for drying desulfurization gypsum enterprise in domestic, this equipment can save one-third energy than traditional rotary drum dryer, and greatly reduce the production cost, this technology is in leading level. The desulfurization gypsum dryer is used for drying materials with humidity or granularity in the industries of mineral dressing, building material, metallurgy and chemical. Rotary dryer can be used for drying many kinds of materials with convenient and reliable operation; therefore, the dryer machine has been widely used. This equipment is suitable for gypsum, fly ash etc materials.Do you know the features of dessulfurization gypsum dryer.Desulfurization gypsum dryer"s characteristics:1, strong anti-overload, large capacity, low fuel consumption, low drying cost;2, adopt the downstream drying way, hot air and wet materials enter into dryer on the same side, use the high-temperature air to obtain high evaporation strength. The outlet temperature of the dryer is low and thermal efficiency is high;3, according to different material properties, change the operating parameters, so that the materials can form a stable full-cut fabric curtain in the dryer"s cylinder body, mass heat exchange is more full;4, adopt new feeding, discharging device to eliminate the vertical dryer feed blocking, discontinuous, uneven and returning materials, reduce the load of the dust removal system;5, achieve "zero level thrust", greatly reduce the wear and tear of the riding wheel, the cylinder operate smoothly and reliably;6, adopt "self-aligning type riding wheel device", so that the roller and rolling ring can contact in linear, thus greatly reduce the wear and power loss;7, according to users" requirements, control the products" moisture. Desulfurization gypsum dryer drying and hardening process and technology: Desulfurization gypsum mainly applications: After dried, it can be used as cement retarder;…

A chiller is a machine that removes heat from a liquid via a vapor-compression or absorption refrigeration cycle. This liquid can then be circulated through a heat exchanger to cool air or equipment as required. As a necessary byproduct, refrigeration creates waste heat that must be exhausted to ambient or, for greater efficiency, recovered for heating purposes. Concerns in design and selection of chillers include performance, efficiency, maintenance, and product life cycle environmental impact.…
