Introduction
I will make a sports complex which will be named as “Superior Sports Complex”. There will be indoor activities in it and a few outdoor activities as well. It will be located at Raiwind Road, in Dubai town L.D.A near Suzuki motors. I choose this location because of cheap taxes and less expense. That area is in initial stages of development that’s why I choose that location as there are less employment rates.
Complex will have a Big hall, Office, store room, Wash Rooms and Ground in it. I will be targeting the customers (age group of 10 to 50 years) and it can be useful for both males and females.
I have not enough capital that we can advertise our product so expensive media such as TV, so we decided that we will promote our product through News paper, Bill board, Holdings, Banners, Broachers etc. This is a model of sports complex:

Mission:- * To provide the best sports complex in Pakistan, by our quality, price and different attractive packages. * We will also improve the quality of our services to provide the best quality services to the customer. * Our mission is to focus always on the customer.
