What do you like about the product or brand name?
I like Sony Ericsson-K800i because its sound quality, graphics and other features are too much better than all other hand sets.

What do you dislike?
I don’t like its joy stick because it is very sensitive and become an interrupt for me.

What image does the brand have in your mind?
I have better image in my mind about K800i.

How loyal are you toward the brand?
Am too much brand loyal of K800i.

➢ MERCURY WOOFERS:

What do you like about the product or brand name?
I like mercury woofers due to their sound base, durability and better quality as compare to others.

What do you dislike?
I don’t like their shape and design.

What image does the brand have in your mind?
I have better image in my mind about the brand.

How loyal are you toward the brand?
Am too much brand loyal about the brand. If this brand does not exists in the market then I will stopped listening music.

➢ BMW:

What do you like about the product or brand name?
BMW is a very luxury vehicle, have a great look and too much comfortable.

What do you dislike?
I don’t like its price.

What image does the brand have in your mind?
Great image I have in my mind.

How loyal are you toward the brand?
Am not too much brand loyal of BMW. If it not available then any other vehicle can satisfying me.

➢ PANDA BEAR:

What do you like about the product or brand name?
I like this drink because its taste is very nice as compared to other soft drinks which exist in this category. Its price is comparatively low than others. Its ingredients are much powerful for health as compare to others.

What do you dislike?
Its design and label.

How loyal are you toward the brand?
Not much more if available in the market
