Farewell Speech

The Hon’ble Chief Minister,

Subject:- Request for transfer from District Treasury keylong to District Treasury Una.
Sir,
Most respectfully and with folded hands It is prayed that I am holding the post of Superintendent Gr.II and presently posted at the District Treasury Keylong,District Lahaul & Spiti. I am resident of Rakkar colony una. I would like to bring to your kind notice that I have already served in the tribal area for complete three years from 1990 to 1993 at Sub Treasury Moorang District Kinnaur and being an uninfluenced employee I was again compelled to join in tribal area i.e.at Keylong because the Department was interested to adjust an influenced official Sh Mehar Singh at Khundian whereas earlier he was under transfer to keylong for his first tenure to serve in the tribal area. But it’s harassment for me that official who hasn’t served in the tribal area yet has adjusted by the authorities in lieu of me and I was again pushed to join there. I requested the Department but no one heard my voice and I was rolled there. My ailing parents who are in their age of eighties are feeling helpless in my absence and it is impossible for me to take care of them from such a long distance especially at that time when they needs to take them to the Doctor .
Sir,shri Shri Shankar Dass Krakta a Supdtt.of District Treasury Una is a resident of Rohru District Shimla is willing to serve at sub Treasury Rohru where the post of Supdtt.is lying vacant.
Under the above compelling circumstances I request your good self to transfer me to the District Treasury Una and with this my short stay at District Treasury keylong may also be condoned please.
Hoping for an early sympathetic action at your end. My parents, family members and I shall be ever thankful to you for this act of kindness.
