Explain How Sports Have Been Changed By Globalisation
In recently years we cannot deny that almost of everything around the world have been changed by globalisation. Normally, we just know that globalisation makes technologies around the world have changed such as software, smartphones, or computers. Because in nowadays everybody use very smart technologies in dairy life for example people can communicate with each other by use application on internet even they are not in the same country. Actually, globalisation makes almost everything around the world such as economy, politics, trade, fashion, etc. have been developed and changed. Even they are better or worse than before. Some people never noticed before that economic system, law, labor, culture or sport also have been changed by globalisation. People never thought that how sports are related to globalisation. Because sport is one thing that it looks stable and cannot adapt or change by globalisation. The most interesting in this essay is why sport …show more content…
After football industry has become more popular, it has attracted investors in exchange market around the world trading and be a stakeholder of them. Moreover, in some business men who has a huge capital can take over a football club as well even they are not local people. They may come from the opposite part of the world. For example, football club in England name Southampton was took over by Chinese businessman and family on 2017. He has agreed a deal to buy 80 percent of Southampton. The clearest point that how football industry look high globalisation is nowadays business men in China have invested in many football clubs in England such as Aston Villa, Birmingham, Wolves, Reading and West Brom. Not only in England that Chinese investors invested but also in Italy too. They just have brought AC Milan a football club in Italy for £628 in the beginning of this year. (BBC
