Can Hitler Happen Again? “Everything changed very quickly in 1933,” says a survivor of the Holocaust. Suzan Strauss was a twelve year old girl when the Holocaust began. Adolf Hitler, was a very powerful man. He killed 6 million Jews, worked them to death. Hitler hated Jews, he irrationally blamed them for Germany’s defeat in world war I (1914-1918). It happened to a high school in California in April 1967, by a history teacher who was teaching them about Hitler and discipline. The teacher and the students took it way to far. There are many hate groups around the world that can easily grow bigger and could take power. There is also hate going around our high schools, they are rising farther up the pyramid of hate day by day. Hitler can and could happen again with just a simple small hate group or action. A simple history class experiment turned into something much larger just like what Hitler did. In April 1967 in a California high school a history teacher with the name of Ben Ross showed his students a video of Hitler and what he had done. For example the information would spread fast because of the technology that we have these days. The U.N. was hired to help make sure this genocide act would not act again. Although this may be true anyone could get a small group and keep it small and lowkey. Even with our technology the hate group could keep it small and quiet and no one would no about it. So the UN would have no clue until they had enough power to take over. A big reason people like to do this is they like having all of the control and power over everyone. Especially if people have hurt them they want to get back at them and make sure they feel the pain that they did. Another reason is that people can just hate a group for a really small reason and they take it way too
