I. Executive Summary We Filipinos are “ice cream lovers”, in fact, we have a unique kind of ice cream sold at the streets called “sorbetes”. Sorbetes are often sold by vendors ringing a bell and pushing a cart with two big wheels. Young children and those young at heart, often get excited and happy just by hearing the bell of “Mamang Sorbetero”. In an affordable price we can buy and enjoy variety of delicious ice creams like ube, keso and chocolate on sugar cones or plastic cups. Now a day, we can also enjoy eating ice cream in a more delightful way by filling it between buns, creating an ice cream sandwich. Ice creams are said to be happy foods because they serve as a food for the stomach and food for our emotions. It fills up our empty tummy and also our sad, lonely, worried and stressed minds.

A. Type of Business

The business will be named FAV (fruits and vegetables) Ice Cream Sundae. It offers different flavour of ice cream that is new for the taste to the public or the current market. As a common Filipino way, ice cream sandwiches will also be offered to fill and yet delight hungry customers.

In forms of business organization, this business is a partnership that is owned by two or more individuals. It has higher capital than sole proprietorship and more contributed skills, and knowledge in handling the business. The benefit, however, is that the risk, liability and management is shared by group of individuals, depending on the percentage of ownership agreed upon.
