The purpose of this article study is to examine in what way multicultural competencies are displayed in supervision using the Ancis and Ladany framework. Additionally, this study considered supervisees’ perceived experiences of supervisor multicultural competence in supervision and its impact on the supervisees. Ancis and Ladany offered a framework for multicultural supervision competencies that includes five domains. These domains include personal development, conceptualization, interventions, process, and evaluation. Furthermore, these areas are recognized as the most pertinent domains to the supervisor’s and supervisee’s personal and professional development.
