Examples Of Inhumanity In Night
Inhumanity is extremely cruel and brutal behavior towards a human being. An example of inhumanity is the Holocaust. Who was the cause of all this “inhumanity” one may ask oneself, and what and to whom did this person do exactly? The answer simply know as Hitler, born on April 20th,1889, he wanted to annihilate all people that did not meet his standard. This includes roma (gypsies), christian poles and other slavs, Jehovah's witnesses, people with physical or mental disabilities, homosexuals, African-Germans, asocials, political prisoners and dissenting clergy and Jews. One Jew, named Elie Wiesel, survived this horrific event and told his story of inhumanity in the memoir Night. Most people would never do some bad to a person they deem equal to oneself, so the cruelty started out slow, first jews were not allowed to marry any germans, then they could not hire any female citizen under the age of 45, and they are not allowed to display the national colors. They were overworked and abused every time Dr. Mengele (also referred to as the angel of death) had one of his selections they feared for their life even more. Sometimes he would pick certain people to conduct terrible medical experiments on. All of the experiments were like torture for the people who had to endure it.
The people who were there were not ever treated like human beings even some of the kapos treated them terribly. They called them many names one of which being “filthy swine”.
The Jews and everyone had everything took from them even simple things like gold fillings and shoes by force of course. Man's inhumanity towards other men was shown by cruel actions and devastating losses of millions of innocent people, who had done nothing wrong besides standing for what they believe
