He came over a looked at it and said it was pretty. Well Christmas came and I was wondering if he got it for me. I opened all my presents from him and they were all great except I didn’t get my ring. Well we went to eat and go see a movie, and when he brought me back home I went upstairs to my room and there was a little box lying on my pillow. I opened it up and it was my diamond ring I wanted. Hello, the topic I have chosen to talk to all of you about today is not only appealing but also particularly relevant to all of us in the room. The term ‘Child Abuse’ may seem straightforward to everyone here, but it isn’t so clear-cut, there are many other ‘sub-topics’ which branch out of child abuse like for example: Bullying and Child Neglection. It is often overlooked and taken as a joke by many people and communities, and this isn’t right at all – the abuse of children is an extremely solemn and serious topic… Child abuse is the physical, sexual or emotional mistreatment or neglect of a child or of children; and it is important for all of us to recognize the dangers, causes and effects of this unpleasant experience … because the miserable truth is that we have no insight into our futures … Who knows? Any one of us could be experiencing this cruelty now or may know people who are in this situation later on in their lives ……

The item in my life that i cherish the most is my engagement/promise ring. I recieved it about two years ago from my best friend, partner in crime, and now fiance. I was the happiest i could ever be because from day one I knew he was the one for me. I know many folks out there say, "there is no such thing as love at first sight" but we knew since the day we met that we were going to be together for the rest of our lives. On some days we have our arguements, but it doesn't stop us from loving one another because at the end of the day we laugh it over and forget what we were arguing about. I know he loves me and I love him.…

4-H is a program set up by the United States Department of Agriculture originally in rural areas to help young people become productive citizens by instructing them in useful skills, community service, and personal development. To me 4-h is not only that, but it is a lifestyle. 4h is not something a person can just chose to do one day and become the best, they would have to have the passion and commitment for the lifestyle. The 4h clover is the main symbol for 4-H. The four H’s represent the words head, heart, hands, and health. This coincides with the 4h pledge which states, “I pledge my head to clearer thinking, my heart to greater loyalty, my hands to larger service, and my health to better living, for my club, my community, my country and my world.” This pledge is a constant reminder in my life that everything I do is affecting everyone around me.…
