Example Of Muscular Strength
Muscular endurance is when you repeatedly do and exercise and how much of it your muscles can endure. Muscular strength is the ability to exert a maximum amount of force. This shows the difference by showing how muscular endurance is how much of a repeated exercise your muscles can endure in contrast to muscular strength which shows the maximum force that your muscles are capable of exerting. An example of muscular endurance is when you see how many pull-ups you can do, it how much of the exercise you can endure. Another example of muscular endurance would be whenever you are doing squats, you stop at lets say at about 25 because that's the most your body can endure to do. An example of muscular strength would be when you are throwing a baseball
