The Tiny Tots Toy Company
15456 Pyramid Way
College Park, FL 33133

Dear Customer Service Representative:
I recently purchased one of your Tiny Tents (Model # 47485) for my three-year old.
Unfortunately, after viewing the components that came with the product, I discovered that four of the parts were missing. Also, the instructions that came with the tent are incomplete. Both of these situations have resulted in the tent remaining unassembled and unacceptable as a toy for my daughter. I am writing to request replacements for the missing parts, and a copy of the full set of assembly directions for the model I purchased. If reasonable arrangements are not made within ten business days, I will return the tent to the store I purchased it from and expect a full refund. To assist you in processing my request, I am including a copy of my sales receipt and a list of the missing parts. I have purchased other toys manufactured by your company in the past, and have always been impressed with the quality and selection Tiny Tots has made available to its customers. I sincerely hope this is a one-time incident, and that any future purchases I make will live up to the standard my family has come to expect from your company.

Sincerely,

Signature

I have over three years’ experience with Maya and knowledge of character rigging and animation as well as scripting with MEL. I have written many baseline tools to assist in helping animations run smoothly. Keeping character and environment models clean and ready for work, is a practice I hold in high regard. I am a strong believer in getting work done before the deadline and allowing enough time to make sure work is done properly. Finding new solutions to help the artists create their best possible work while maintaining a timeline is something I practice when creating my own art. Creating strong designs and animations is something I strive for in my work as an artist, but my true passion is programming. I want to break the barrier between the artist and the programmer and successfully mesh the two. I believe I will find my calling as a technical artist with Telltale Games.…

One of the signs of Early Childhood Development is the ability to engage in play. Young children prefer non structured environments that gives them the “freedom” to un-limit their play in different settings. Children vary physically, socially-emotionally, and intellectually due to their chronological age, physical development, and experiences. It is a natural tool for children to develop resiliency as they learn to cooperate, overcome challenges, and negotiate with others. Play also allows children to be creative (Anderson-McNamee). It provides time for parents to be fully engaged with their children, to bond with their children, and to see the world from the perspective of their child. This is why I created a toy for the age range 2-3 where parents can be involved if they want to. Children who are two to three years old explore the environment beyond themselves. They have begun to develop loco motor actions that take them places they have been watching for a long time, and they can finally satisfy their intellectual curiosity about things they see and hear. In this age range, children still need support of adults even though they reside in the egocentric stage of development. They need adults to lend assistance, when needed, while allowing them to be independent (Englebright, 2008). So the toy I introduce to you is called The Mega BabyPod!…
