I believe human evolution and natural selection is a really difficult thing to test and measure. It is something that is a process and takes time to conduct. Just like this research took just around 50 years. I think it would be interesting to conduct a research question looking deeper into evolution and natural selection in terms of mate choice. And what features become apparently appealing and what features not so appealing and how that correlates to birth rates and family sizes. I think this would be an ongoing long term experiment as well, but I would most likely go about this ressearch question in terms of interviews and surveys. I would ask questions concerning family size, sex appeal, and feelings about having children. I truly learned a lot from this article, and it defintely gave me a new perspective on some things.
