Dear Sir: We are submitting the report titled, “Ethical practices and compliance with code of ethics in The ACME Laboratories Ltd.”. This report has been prepared to fulfill the partial requirements of the course, “Managing People at work”. The primary objective of this report is to describe the current scenario of ethical practice and implementation in work place in the reputed organization in our country. This report encompasses a detailed discussion about the importance of ethical practice and maintenance of compliance with it by both management and employees. This report has enabled us to gain a better understanding of practicing ethical rules in the organization and how the employees are complying with it. We also learned about the management strategy to make the employees well-adjusted with the „Code of Ethics‟, their process of implementation and necessary steps to maintain the discipline.
