For the average Ukrainian, I believe, this day has unique features, such as special songs and visits friends and relatives in the morning time. Usually children are more excited and involved in these actions because of the rewards they got after singing and saying ritual sentences. Similarly, all the members of the family are gathering together and some food the same; however, you will not find the turkey on the table and chiefly all the others dishes are related to traditional food which is different in Ukraine compare to Canadian food. In the years 550 - 600 there was political disorder in Arabia and communication routes were not safe to use. Religions were different in every kingdom across Arabia and was a large cause of this crisis. Judaism was the dominant religion of Himyarite Kingdom, while Christianity became the official religion in the Persian Gulf. While much of Arabia believed in more than one god (polytheism), there was want for a more spiritual religion. Most did not want to be converted to a foreign faith, but those faiths gave reference points, and the old vocabulary of Arabic was replaced by Jewish and Christian loanwords. These words are usually adopted from another language with very few changes. On the day before the Islamic era, Quraysh was the leading tribe of Mecca. They were also a very strong force in Arabia at the time. To ensure that anarchy was avoided, they had "sacred months". In these months, violence was not allowed and travel was safe for everyone. The shrine in Mecca and the surrounding area…
Chechnya is a region in southern Russia that, like many other regions in Russia, is home to a non-Caucasian ethnic group. As in many other ethnic struggles, the Chechens want freedom from Russia. The main reason the Russian government is reluctant to give up the land in Chechnya is because of a very valuable natural resource that is located in the region. That resource is oil, which is rapidly becoming one of the world's most valuable substances, due to the fear that the world could run out of it in the near future. There are numerous pipelines that run through Chechnya and if the Chechens were granted autonomy Russia fears that it would lose the control over those pipelines. In fact Chechens have already started refining the oil and selling it on the street. Russia occupied Chechnya under the guise of fighting terrorism and human rights violations. The war is even losing the support of native Russians, who are beginning to notice the various cruel tactics performed by the…

The USSR (The Union of Soviet Socialist Republics) was found in 1922 by Vladimir Lenin. Upon hearing my testimony, many either ask where Honduras stands on a map or if it truly is as dangerous as they have heard. I strongly feel that the best way to discover the truth of this amazing land is visiting its stunning oceans and forests. After the revolution and the instauration of the Islamic Republic in Iran, many new reforms were introduced in all spheres; political, social and economic.
