Well, this is a common risk every person entering pediatric nursing must face. Pediatric Nurse Practitioners are those that care for patients from when they are newborns to adolescents. In order for one to pursue the career of pediatric nursing one must be informed that it takes a great deal of education, job function, and the utmost love and devotion to care for others. The nurses treat their patients and, if needed, prescribe medicine. After the nurse has given the child a physical exam, they are able to authorize further medication to help get rid of the source of the child's health
