Bank of America Corporation Presented is a narrated presentation that focused on extensive research, critical thinking, and an objective analysis of organizational behavior, culture, climate, and business ethics at the Bank of America. An independent consultant approach was taken to provide a strong evidence-based report answer the following questions: 1) are the BOA’s organizational behavior, culture, climate, and business ethics and decisions positively aligned with the company’s Mission’s Values, Goals, and Objectives (MVGOs)? 2) How can the company ensure that their culture and climate is viewed as ethical? 3) Does the corporate giant sufficiently emphasize ethical and compassionate behavior in their decisions and actions?
Organizational behavior examines human behavior in an organizational setting which include an examination of employee attitudes and feelings about their job, colleagues, and managers. Also, company commitment and emotions in the workplace that are typically dictated by culture, society, values, morals, ethics, and genetics. Organizational culture and climate focuses on shared values and principles in a corporate setting.
