Red Card Representative Mar 2012 - Present
* Responsible for signing up new Red Card members at the desk and on the casino floor, and keeping our new/current members updated about existing and future promotions and special events * Cooperate with other departments such as Room Reservations, Resort Marketing, Telemarketing, concierge etc. to ensure our guests are receiving the 5 star 5 Diamond experience we strive to implement * Inform guests about their free credit, comps, and other promotions they may be able to receive based on the evaluation of their slot/table play * Assisting Special Events department with running slot tournaments, private VIP giveaways, and Banquets such as Superbowl and Chinese New Year.
