Different Shoppers
There are four different types of shoppers at, Aeon Mall. They are window shoppers, quick shoppers, careful shoppers, and forced shoppers. Each type of shopper has positive and negative areas.
The first type of shoppers are the window shoppers. They are the customers who walk around the entire store and look at many items. Yet, they never intend on purchasing anything from the beginning. They waste their time staring at products which are way out of their price range. These window shoppers are usually people who are very careful with their money, and typically do not carry their wallets with them. The next type of shoppers are the total opposite.
The second type of shoppers are the quick shopper. They will walk into the store and buy anything that catches their eye. They often do not think about the price or whether the item they are thinking about purchasing will be useful in the future. These shoppers often end up with a massive credit card bill at the end of the month that they cannot afford to pay. They are often the consumers who go bankrupt the easiest. Because they are quick to make decisions, they do not waste their time worrying or thinking about whether they should buy that particular item or not. The next type of shoppers are the customers who are very careful with how they spend their money.
The next type of shopper are the careful shoppers. They will walk around the store for sometimes over an hour and will not make a decision on purchasing an item. Often before making the final decision, they will visit different stores to compare the product.
Finally, after thinking and comparing, they will make their decision. These types of shoppers are very cautious with how they spend their money. Because they are so careful,

you can easily say that they will never fall into debt. However, since they are too careful, they often miss out on limited time sales.

'T'HE field of consumer behavior has experi-•- enced a dynamic period of growth over the past 10 years. It is frequently overlooked, however, that this broad area consists of three distinct activities: shopping, buying, and consuming. Considerable progress has been achieved in identifying the behavioral dimensions of buying, and a number of theories of buying behavior have been postulated.
