The terms and conditions of my employment are as stated in a staff handbook that all new members of staff must read and sign before commencing employment. It states a job description which describes the duties and responsibilities of my position and that any future position is dependant on a successful probationary period, confirmation of the length of probationary period and what happens at the end of this period. It states the hours of work expected, breaks and a description on holiday entitlement, when to book and how. It explains that a criminal records bureau check is a necesity and how much I will be paid and how. About the company's rights to make deductions for overpaid or damages.
