Executive Summary:
This assignment present on innovation of a new product which added substantial value of an organisation and represent significantly new dynamic direction of an organisation. We try to understand historical background and environmental condition that leads to emergence this product .We focus on the approach, creativeness, ideas, attitude, market demand, customer behaviour, creative destruction are behind this innovation. We also find out strategic plan that were employed to maximise the potential gain of this innovative product.

Introduction:
Gopro is the world prominent leading activity image capture and most versatile, hottest camera company. Company has been established since 2002 by Nick woodman at Tech crunch disrupt in San Francisco. Company are producing different variety of product which we can divide into three categories
1) Gopro cameras
2) Gopro mounts
3) Accessories (Helmet camera, 2013)
Product details are as follows....
LCD touch BACPAC, video Cameras, Batteries, WIFI BACPAC, Combo kit, Dive housing, wrist housing, rechargeable Li ion battery, HD Skeleton housing, Composite cable, Anti fog insert, HDMI cable. (Gopro camera, 2013)
But the most valuable product that is contributed company major growth on manufacturing and marketing point of view, is Gopro’s HD Hero2 video Cameras in 2011. We will find out historical background and environment condition that is involved to innovate and formulise to launch this product that is not only added

    The new product that is being focus for marketing is the MP3 watch with the brand named QUEEN. The idea for developing the new product is actually come from the nature idea of wristwatch.
