Introduction
An enrollment system is the system that a school or program uses to enroll students or participants and also records student information. It is designed to perform the process involved in registration, advising, assessments, and payments of students as well as scheduling of classes. This sys

It is more convenient way by storing file of the student in a computer system that will lessen the effort of faculty staff in storing files of each student every now and then and more accommodating rather than using the manual system.
Statement of the Problem Keeping the records of the day to day sales is one of the most important tasks of the staffs who managed the ordering and refilling processes. However, there are chances that during the process there are missed records which causes of inaccurate records for accounting the sales of the company. With these instances, how will they monitor their daily sales? (Refer to Figure 1). Keeping the records of the sales of the company is not only one of their problems but also the inconsistent records of supplies in their inventory which leads into missing of containers, containers’ caps, and stickers. Whit these continuous missing supplies and insufficient stocks, the process of production may cause the breakdown of their sales. Thus, their product becomes unreliable to the customers. To prevent this to happen, how will they monitor their inventory process accurately? (Refer to Figure 2). With the troubles in inventories and sales of the station, thus causes the delay of deliveries that leads to losing the customers and profits. Thus, how will they monitor the process of delivery? (Refer to Figure 3).
