After choosing the most suitable employees for the company, the most important things are to prevent the advanced employees from leaving the company and also have liquidity of employees in order to keep company’s innovation. There are some factors will affect the employees’ retention, including reward and recognition, promotion and opportunity for growth, leadership and compensation (Bidisha Lahkar Das and Dr. Mukulesh Baruah, 2013).
1. Reward and recognition

Therefore, a company that has opportunity for growth will be a better choice for this kind of employees. Also this kind of employees usually wishes to have a long-term plan in a company that will have benefits in company’s stable development. As a result, companies need to build a clear promotion system. In Cedar Park Furniture, since they are new enter in Irish market, all employees in the company could be seen the founders of this company, this will help them a lot to attract talents contributing to the company.
3. Leadership
Besides how much money or honor could be received in a company, does the company have a clear target or does the company have a comfortable working environment also could have influence in retention. Therefore, it recommends that Cedar Park Furniture need to choose a person who are proficient and also full of personality charm to be a general manager. This may come a surprising result in retention.
4. Compensation
When a employee consider to leave a company there are two things will be influence his decisions, one is what can he gain from the original company and the other is if he can find a better position in other companies. Therefore, it will be very important for a company to have a suitable

Besides, in order to have pertinence to every different employee, Human resource development system needs to have ability to find different people’s potential abilities, help maximize individual ability. In Cedar Park Furniture, as a new company, human resource development could be divided in different parts.
(1) General manager
General managers usually have rich experience and also are full of professional skills. However in Cedar Park Furniture he/she is not familiar with Irish market, he/she will need to develop knowledge in Irish market.
(2) Other employees
For other employees, the most important thing is to cultivate their sense of belonging in company and then know well about company’s rules and operation model. In addition, training their professional skills could another essential part in training courses. Employees skills need to fit company’s operation way. Besides, it is also useful that every employee know well about company's products that help them in promotion and also understand company's position
