Introduction:
TQM IS basically the system that manages the control of the quality in each and every step that was made, usually organizations involve employees to it, as they know what kind of standards should be made to improve the quality. For example Emirates want to produce a new service which could be safari, they have to buy cars for road off, they have to first hire certain trained drivers and test them by employees, so they could know what could be changed to make it better, at each level of steps that was made quality should always meet the standards.
Importance and impact of quality in business:
As everyone knows if you open a business, you expect to get profits otherwise there is no point of doing work and opening organization. Profit generates if you have customers who will buy your product or service, to maintain the customers it’s important to keep them satisfied, main goal in the organization is to keep the customer satisfied by improving the quality or maintain the high standards which each customer will expect from the organization’s products. Quality of the product or service must be both satisfying customer and the producer. There are few qualities that could be done to attract the consumers and customers:
Quality in product design – when making a product make sure the product will attract the consumers.
Quality in process design- when making a product the process that takes should meet the design specifications.
Quality in process control- the resources used to make a product like money, raw materials, and employees.
IT department:
Electronic communication became more important in the business organizations, so there for developed a department which called Information Technology department. IT department is responsible for creating or developing communication in the organization internally and externally, it also responsible to update the systems up to date.
