Respected Sir,
Subject: Complaint about my fellow colleague Mr. Bill Mathews who works in the accounts department of this company.
Sir, with great respect for this organisation and you, I wish to lodge a complaint against my colleague Mr. Kumar regarding his ignorance towards his duties and respect for the organisation. I have been noticing his behaviour in office towards other colleague and support staff for over a month and when the matter became serious, I decided to bring the issue to your notice. I hope you will look into the matter and take necessary actions.
Mr. Mathews has been engaged in transferring all his duties to junior staff members who under pressure cannot say no to an employee working at a position of his seniority. Mr. Kumar has been taking advantage of this fact and has been leaving office before the day’s end on many occasions. He has a habit of disrespecting fellow hardworking colleague whenever they express their disapproval. Mr. Kumar seems to have forgotten the values and reputation of this company and thus indulges in these acts.
I wish sir that you speak to Mr. Kumar on a personal level and take some kind of action against him to avoid similar events in the future. These issues go against the good will of the company and leave a negative impact on trainees and interns. Hope he gets back to good ways and lives up to his qualifications.
Thanking you.

A way that I can improve message transmission when using email is reducing the size of emails. Some attachments take up a lot of space in emails and can slow down message transmission. To improve the speed of message transmission I try to keep email attachment sizes to a minimum. Doing this will speed up the transmission process and will result in sending and receiving emails a lot quicker. Mailbox restrictions are also a good way to improve message transmission. If I ever receive an email from an unknown or suspicious source I mark it as ‘junk’. Marking the email as junk will put all future emails I receive from that sender straight into my junk mail folder. This will save time clearing out all the junk emails from my inbox.…

With time, the differential treatment of DVB scheme based and NDPL scheme based employees started to cause friction in their relationships. This separation of workers based on schemes was a thing which probably NDPL could have avoided. Kuldeep’s subordination problem was also a manifestation of this differential treatment. It was also an example of side-effects of collaborative working between Heera Lal and the employers. Workers thought Heera lal had turned into a steward and had ‘sold-out’ their interests to the management.(Ref: Achieving a New Equilibrium?) It led to Kuldeep Sharma gaining their confidence and getting himself elected as General Secretary of DSWEU. Rehman’s case further enhanced Kuldeep’s leadership position in the eye of his supporters. Currently, Sardana faces challenge in balancing trade-off between handling noncompliance and avoiding major…
