A. Introduction
Technology today touches everything we do. You never know how much something can play a major role in your life until you sit back, relax, and sit right in front of the computer and access the internet. It can be beneficial in your family, business and personal life.
Technology is an absolute need we cannot escape from. We are so dependent on them that we cannot do without them. Let's just say, it has a very big role in most aspects of our lives. In other words, it answers most of Mankind problems. Across centuries technology evolves. The importance of technology is aiming for comfort of use in whichever form it is and it always directs for easiness in life. In today’s world, computer technology has made our lives much easier and convenient. It has helped many businesses to better serve the community. It is almost impossible to think that one can survive without computers. They have become a gadget of almost daily use for people of every age. Computers are important in almost all the business transactions that are made today. The most that any field has gained from the invention of the computers is the business field because of its nature. It has gained importance as they have increased the productivity and efficiency of work done. These technologies have made such an enormous impact on our society today. There isn’t a place where you can turn where there isn't a computer involved. It would be difficult to think of any business that would not benefit from computerization because it is now associated with computer-based managerial decision-making which can be (1) response time is greatly reduced (2) very large data are stored for information and decision-making (3) accuracy of information is considerably improved, thereby improving the quality of the decision (4) problems are handled more easily by using various operation research models (5) the cost involved in the decision-making process is reduced
