Effects Of Sexism In The Workplace
Sexism is a type of discrimination that men and women have to face every day. Although sexism can still be found everywhere in Western societies, there needs to be improvement of gender inequality in the workplace. Sexism needs to come to an end so that women and men can have equal opportunities. Most issues to be discussed are based off of problems that women have to face every day. The issues to be argued about women are that they are not able to find employment as easily as men, not being able to advance with a job, and the effects of the age gap. As previously stated, both men and women do face sexism. A large issue amongst gender stereotyping for men is that they have to own up to their stereotype, which causes issues along the way. Sexism
