Building connections and cooperation is an important aspect to a person’s learning. In the same way, collaboration is mainly the practice that brings meaning to the whole process of creating a personal program plan. For instance, each of the core group members in a program plan gets an opportunity to learn from one another as the whole group collaborate and work from each other’s ideas to share knowledge and to benefit the whole team.
