Chicago parent- child center is a 2 years preschool program, which started in 1967and now it has 25center. Who has attended the Chicago preschool they improve a lot in the long run, the crime rate is very low compared to head start and other program. Key to the success of Chicago is that the teacher. The teachers are highly educated, all the teachers have bachelor degree which is unlikely in head start and any other daycare. Another key to the success is the involvement of parents, parents are needed to volunteer in the class room, which helps the kids to get encouraged.
