It is increasingly clear that the cultural barriers are as important as the organizational and personal factors to implementing evidence EBP. Most of the research demonstrated that the working culture within organizations stresses on the need to abide by hierarchy and to keep in harmony with others (Williams, Perillo and Brown,2015).
