Introduction
Why we need to eat healthy food, do you skip meals due to not enough time for a break? Healthy food is important and a food of choice for everyone. Eating healthily can prolong life and enhance good health. Each time when hungry people like get something quick and easy to eat even though is not a health food. Most of people facing this problem, as you can see most of the people are working and busy with commitments from family and friends therefore they are too tired to think of how to eat healthily.

Most of us know the greatest benefits of eating healthy are staying physically fit and free from illness. We just grab whatever food that’s look good and appears tasty to eat we feel hungry without thinking of the whether healthy food or not. Most convenient food is always the easiest thing that a person will think about. Healthy eating is part of healthy lifestyle which often been overlooked. Even with busy schedules and hectic life style healthy is always the priority one. Individual always think of is hard to eat healthy with busy lifestyles so we needs to make it work on with motivation to change the

Through the article, it reflected that nowadays, people are more likely to choice their daily meal as healthy and better as possible. Some people who have the better economic supports would like to have a great breakfast in the morning, even for whole day. Different people have different opinions of food choosing. The haves have more special food qualification needs than the have-nots.
