East Of Eden Book Report
East of Eden was a well written book although in my opinion, i found it fascinating that the story was taken place in California since i'm from and living in California. I enjoyed reading about two families with many problems and hardships because it was very suspenseful and you can vividly imagine the craziness in your head of people dying, yelling, hiding secrets and hope it was a creepy community that does not exist. This book will appreciate your good health and your family. It will swallow your tongue till dawn. The Trusks family has a lot of up and downs mainly on the part of the men. The men in the family struggle to impress their fathers. Adam was constantly trying to receive his father’s blessing but never got it and played favoritism with his own two boys. Adam has two sons that are twins, Cal and Aron. Adam raises them in a way where favoritism is happening. Adam got this way from his father when he, himself when he was young. Both boys are great, although Aron came out to be a little timid but his father favorite’s him more. Cal is always tempted with bad decisions but good intentions and is not his father’s favorite. I loved reading about the twins, Aron and Cal because the family is so dysfunctional that i found it

The family is also sorted out in generations of the family. Samuel, was a hard worker and loved, he has a good head on his shoulders at all times. His wife, Liza and is a stay home wife in the book due to having so many kids and needing to provide. The hardship the family had to deal with that affected everyone was the second oldest child, Una who passed away after moving out with her husband. Also, Dessie was killed by her brother but not directly. When this happened her brother, Tom who did the damage was devastated and going crazy, he felt terrible about the situation that he decided to commit suicide. The family had a series of deaths and accidents. There was unexpected
