THE EARTH IS PRECIOUS
The earth gives us life and many things which we need in our daily life,it provide us with natural resources which is mostly needed for humans and technology. But perhaps our planet is in great danger. For the last one hundred or so years, the people of earth have wasted and misused the natural recourses of earth. Several plans have been developed to stop the abuse of earth in which many of them can be executed by any one. Environmental problems have become so complex that many individuals feel they can have no effect on them. Problems like oil spills, hazardous waste, loss of rain forests, endangered species, acid rain, the ozone layer, the municipal waste crisis can feel out of our control. At the very least, these problems require group and corporate action or government intervention. However, there are some things the individual can control. Our waste reduction and recycling activities can make a difference.
There are many ways in which we can protect our earth like always turn off the water, or lights when you aren't using it,it can save water and energy. Draw or write on both sides of paper and recycle it and we can recycle many other things like plastic, wood, newpapers we will reduce the cutting of trees and land pollution.Instead of taking the bus or car and wasting tons of gas,we can take public transport or pool a car.Stop cutting down trees please cutting down trees is very terrible because: trees gives you oxygen, and oxygen is one of the reasons you're reading this it also provide us with many things which we use in our daily life,it also reduce carbon dioxide which is the main reason for gobal warming instead of cutting trees which should plant more and more trees. We can donate our clothes which we do not wear it will save someone life and it is a way of recycling also.Don't throw the garbage on the ground it can cause many diseases but pick up the trash even if it is not yours but it's your planet .Books can be barrowed, read

There is one Earth. All people who live on it have to share it, not only with those living today, but with those in centuries to come. What is done today will manifest itself tomorrow, affecting someone, somewhere. Many don’t think about their actions because what they do might not affect them in their own lifetime. As Pope Francis said, “We received this world as an inheritance from past generations, but also as a loan from future generations, to whom we will have to return it!” It is easy to harm the environment because many are ignorant of the consequences of their actions, which have become very routine. Changes in the individual mindset can put into motion a chain reaction. One person can influence many others, and one small change can make a big difference. There have been many figures throughout history that have been great examples of how important it is to respond to the call the Pope has made for environmental action and protection. Some influential activists have been Julia Hill and Wangari Maathai, both being very inspiring through their actions. People should heed…

The sustainability of our environment is crucial in saving the livelihood of the people and the planet. Since we are all interdependent, we will all have to do our part in sustaining our environment for the future. We should always be questioning and doing more about it rather than just talking or ignoring the facts. Most of us do not realize the excessive use of resources we have taken advantage of over the years. Generations past have exploited our planet which has resulted much to the endangered state it is in today. The resources on Earth are finite and they will become extinct whenever the maximum limits are reached. Moreover, not only are we using natural resources to benefit our own needs; after we use them, we often return them back to the earth under worse conditions, in turn progressively threatening the environment.…

However, there is one looming problem, which if not resolved, could make all other problems obsolete; the way that we take care of the environment, or rather the way we neglect it. The environment is a necessity for everyday life. Without the environment, we would die. How we chose to end global warming is interesting, because much of our daily uses affect the environment.…

Some of the things that we take for granted could really help the environment if we could just take that first step to stop and think about what we are using and throwing away. For instance we all buy pop which is supplied in a plastic bottle and approximately 50% of us that do just take that bottle and throw it away in the garbage to be taken to our city dumps. This provides more trash. Reduce the amount of the Earth 's resources that we use. Reuse it do not just bin it, could someone else make use of it? Recycle Can the materials be made into something new? Reduce what you have to use,...…

Overpopulation, overexploitation, and human consumption are all contributing to the downfall of our now extremely misused planet. All organisms are now being exposed to drastic environmental changes, ones that our ancestors have never experienced. The stability of the Earth has been decreasing severely in the past few centuries because of mankind’s impact on overusing and consuming resources. Fundamental for Earth’s ability to function, natural resources across the globe are being destroyed and many contribute to the atmospheric change. A major issue is the lack of awareness of the current problems along with the absence of drive towards maintenance and restoration of the planet. Many humans view Earth as just a place to live, a place where selfishness takes hold, and careless consumption and waste thrives. We must ask ourselves, as a whole, at what point in time did our values of the Earth change? And how did we ever allow ourselves to become selfish, independent, and careless human beings?…
