Duties and Responsibilities According to Cicero (2014), duty refers to moral commitment and it denotes an active feeling for doing something. Once a person engages himself with some duty if he has been entrusted with a duty, then that person fully commits himself to it. In the case of duty, the person will be involved in activity without any self-interest. As a citizen of a country, a person has many duties to perform. It is his duty to adhere to the constitution. Responsibility can be termed as an ability to act at one’s own will, without any supervision. It is the obligation to successfully complete an assign task. It resonates a sense of obligation to everything around you. It is referred as your moral response to things that are due to be done. Responsibility refers to something that are accounted to do. If you take credit for your success, you must be responsible for your failures. It is also defined being as being accountable to the decisions you made in life. Examples of the responsibility are honesty, love, loyalty and the likes. (Differencebetween.et)
Establishment
According to Fatemeh Hajiha, an establishment is a single business location of a company which is engaged in a single activity. An establishment must be a place, where business is conducted. An establishment must be place where their business activity takes place with the objective of getting paid of selling goods and services, even if no specific sales takes place at the location.

Membership and Contribution The amended Article of Incorporation and the by-laws of the Provident Fund provide for who shall be qualified to become a member of the fund. As an indispensable requirement is employment in the University or any of its official units. A member may contribute voluntarily an amount of at least 1% but not exceeding 10% of his monthly salary as monthly contribution (U.P Provident Fund, INC.). Membership in the Fund may continue until voluntary withdrawal of membership or cessation of service in the OSG, such as upon retirement, separation from service, transfer to another government agency, dismissal for cause, or upon the member’s demise. Members who comply with conditions impose by the Board may be allowed to continue their membership even after cessation of service in the OSG.
