One self-help television show that I have selected is Dr. Phil. Dr. Phil is a television show that started in 2002. For what I understand about the show, is that people go to the show to try to get an answer to their mental health and current living situation problem. People are interview by Dr. Phil regarding their personal and situations that are happening in their lives as well as the way people are living their lives which are not correctly view by the standard of society. At the end of the interview, Dr. Phil provides people with advises as to what people should do to resolve their problem.
