Donald Trump Discrimination
Donald Trump has been accused of housing discrimination. A leaked document has proven that those accusations are true. The Democratic Coalition Against Trump found that there were 9,050 apartments, but they housed only 399 minorities. This means that only 4.4 percent of the people who lived in the housing were minorities. The document proved that both Donald and Fred Trump tried to ignore the 1968 Fair Housing Act.

The Trump Organization did allow more non-white tenants to live in the housing after the 1970s. However, occupancy by non-white tenants only increased from 4.4 percent to 7.2 percent. There is more proof that the Trump Organization went out of their way to make sure that African Americans did not live in the housing.
