. People don’t understand how much their actions toward others can change someone’s life; in a blink of an eye, someone’s life can change either for the good or the bad. Yes, there are people who will try to ignore other’s negativity towards them but that doesn’t mean it is not affecting them. In fact, this is one of the worst ways you can get to someone, not only does it affect them on the inside but over a period of time, it might lead them to harm themself or others. Statements like “you’re a donkey” or “nigga” are all statements used to categorize or refer to someone as a slave; that’s not necessary! People of a certain color, race, ethnicity, religion etc. are already have a hard time achieving their goals because of who they are or what they believe in. Stop making their life harder and it already is. You don’t know what someone is going through, or what they have been going through. Honestly, I think people who are racist are afraid. The most racist act that came from the west was slavery (slavery was already known from thousands of year back). They would take people from Africa and turn them into salves for their own self pleasure because western Europeans believed that black Africans were less fully humans. Slavery began in America when the first African slaves were brought to the North American colony of Jamestown, Virginia, in 1619, to aid in the production of such lucrative crops as tobacco.
