Does Young People in Modern World Have More Power than Any Previous Generation

I would agree that younger generations contribute such a big play in the nowadays society than their parents’ and grandparents’ did. This primarily due to the changes, either in technology or in they circles of social. For instance, younger people are way more educated than the previous, whether its because the global demand or else, they became very well in example, using the technology in way which the elders don’t completely understand.

With those, its leaving our parents’ and grandparents’ abilities to deal with the global demand even worse than the younger people. They, the younger ones felt like they know everything and it gives them confidence to do anything. Because they assume that gaining knowledge or seeking information is reachable by the technology they used, the Internet. And by the simplest reason as that, the younger and elders power and influence are strikingly diversed.

Moreover, global reformation has generally affected the younger people. They again pushed by their social circles to follow fashion, music, or any other trend that are mainstreamly happening troughout the world which can affect their position in big global market and be even more powerful.

Based on these reasons, the relationship between the older and the younger are often found difficult. The younger usually give the elder less-respect than the elder supposed to have. Because they think they know and can do everything based on their information or how good they were in dealing with the rapid changes. In some cultures, this may cause a lack of discipline in schools or offices, family problem and an enormous issues in their social circles.

However, a communication build by one man only isn’t going to be affective if the other man wasn’t listening. It’ll take both side to understand each other perfectly. And, not forgetting to also compromising on each other goods and bads so that

Millennials have come into a negative light in the eyes of many being blamed for problems in the world today. In Joel Stein’s article entitled The New Greatest Generation he believes they will instead of causing problems bring solutions to them and I agree with him. The millennials are a generation possessing much more resources and technology than any other generation before them by a long shot. The technological advances made from the 1980s to the early 2000 have opened a world of possibilities that millennials will and are taking advantage of to get further in life.…

Sometimes we underestimate the importance of communication. In relationships between two people, they find themselves in a place of comfort and familiarity. This causes one to think that because they are close and they can finish each other sentences and understand each other better then anyone else, life is perfect and there will never be any need to work on how to communicate. This façade can cause conflict and mask that fact that their communication is poor.…

There is no justified evidence for defining a generation as the “dumbest”, since each year more information is discovered and past ideas are revised. There is also a grand difference between the difficulties one generation faced from the current in regards to learning. Although the current generation is at an advantage for straightforward information access, both generations are hindered if one neither is willing to reach out and enhance their mental…

Not only does it affect us now, it will also affect through the span of our life time. So why not show the older adults and peers that we are not who they think we are. We are better. We show that it isn't just a person that can change the world it can be a team. Generation Y is an innovative generation of millenials that work together to make this world a magnificent place, a place of new ideas and creations. We are a generation that works smart, not hard and because of that it makes us look lazy. However, because of the groups we work in and how we get the work done, at the end it shows that we do work hard. Saying that this generation is always being lazy is a misconception. In regards to a personal connection, Edith is going to school full time and is working two jobs. She manages to keep her grades at a outstanding point and manages a social life along with all of her other responsibilities. Andre is a young man who also goes to school full time and once again, works at best buy along with many other time commitments. Allie goes to school full time and works as a certified nursing assistant along with many other commitments. This goes to show that this generation is not full of slackers and that there is hard working individuals that are part of the millennial title. We have yet to change everyone's mind but by taking one step at a time and using our voices to the best of our ability. We can change the…

According to Internetlivestats.com, the Google search engine is racking up over 3.5 billion searches each day, showing how dependent we are upon the internet in giving us information. Many searches can be found in other resources like books, but the internet overwhelms us with answers in a split second that does not make it easy for us to retain the information. In Source A, Mark Bauerlein tries to persuade the readers that we are the dumbest generation because we have all of the tools to gain knowledge, yet we are not taking advantage of the benefits they offer. The under-thirty generation is the dumbest because of the lack of common knowledge, which demonstrates how technology leads to ignorance.…

The generations follow each other but are not alike. The generation gap often leads to conflicts in the workplace: a baby boomer who denounces the attitude of a young Generation Y or, conversely, a young person who is offended by archaic methods used by the employer, are common behaviors that happen. Stability at work that previously attracted the respect now becomes, a brand of immobility to young people, and that reflects a lack of dynamism. Even though it is necessary to separate people to better define and understand them, we must keep in mind that the human being is much more complex. The following profiles express general characteristics of different generations.…
